Life insurance coverage subject to approval from DreamFi’s life insurance partner and available to those who open a DreamFi checking account in eligible states.  Eligible states for term life insurance include:  Alabama, Alaska Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
5. Cell phone protection: Up to two claims up to $600 each with maximum of $1,000 per twelve-month period; $50 deductible per claim.
6. Roadside assistance: Maximum benefit limit is $100 per occurrence and $200 per twelve-month period. Subject to maximum of two occurrences per twelve-month period.

Access to 24/7 video or phone visits with U.S.-based board-certified, licensed, and credentialed doctors ready to help with  physical and mental health care— with zero copays.  (Registration/activation required.) Available for the account holder and their spouse/domestic partner and up to six (6) dependent children age 2 and older. This is NOT insurance.
10. The DreamFi 30-day trial is available to new customers only and begins upon account activation, subject to eligibility requirements. Eligible services are provided at no cost during the trial period.  Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you authorize DreamFi to automatically charge fees for your selected membership plan using your payment method on file.  This membership will auto renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time in the app or by logging into your account at DreamFi.com. Cancellation requires closing your checking account and takes effect at the end of the trial period.  DreamFi may modify or terminate this offer in accordance with applicable law.
