Official Rules – DreamFi $2,500 “Pay Your Bills” Giveaway
Sponsored by DreamFi, Inc. (“Sponsor”)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with a valid email address and internet access. Employees, officers, and directors of DreamFi, Inc., its affiliates, employees of Sponsor bank FinWise Bank Inc, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 1, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received by 9:00 p.m. ET on November 1, 2025.

4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, visit DreamFi.com/gardens and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and confirmation that you are a Florida resident age 18 or older. Entrants must also consent to receive marketing communications from DreamFi.com as a condition of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to undermine the entry process.

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a $2,500 cash prize (the “Prize”), paid via check or electronic transfer, at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income and withholding taxes, if any. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form to the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on November 1, 2025, at the Karaoke in the Gardens event in Miami Gardens, Florida.
The winner will be announced that evening at the event and notified by email within 48 hours. The winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification email to claim the prize. Failure to respond or provide required documentation (such as proof of eligibility or identification) within that time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, each entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its agents to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, city, and state for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes arising under these Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Karaoke in the Gardens, the City of Miami Gardens, or any of their affiliates. Participation constitutes an agreement to release those entities from any liability related to the Giveaway.
