If you would like to request deletion of your DreamFi account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion (by email)
Send an email to: support@dreamfi.com (replace with your actual inbox)
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
In the email body, include:
Your full name
The email address and/or phone number associated with your DreamFi account
A statement such as: “I request deletion of my DreamFi account and associated personal data.”
What happens next
We will verify your request to help protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Once deletion is completed, we will email you a confirmation that your deletion request has been processed.
What we delete
Upon completion of a valid request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your app account where permitted, such as:
Customer profile information (for example, contact details and account settings
App account access credentials and identifiers used to operate the account
Data we may retain (BSA/AML and other legal obligations)
DreamFi is required to retain certain records for regulatory compliance, including obligations related to BSA/AML. As a result, even after account deletion we may retain limited information for up to 10 years (or longer if required by law), such as records necessary to demonstrate compliance, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet reporting/recordkeeping obligations. Google permits retaining specific data for legitimate reasons such as regulatory compliance, as long as it’s clearly disclosed.
Security of retained data
Any data retained solely for compliance purposes is stored encrypted with restricted, role-based access and is not used for marketing.
