1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. No entry method will provide a greater chance of winning than any other entry method. Void where prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with a valid email address and internet access. Employees, officers, and directors of DreamFi, Inc., its affiliates, employees of Sponsor bank FinWise Bank Inc., subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on Saturday February 7th at 8am and ends Sunday February 8th at midnight (“Promotion Period”).
Entries must be received during the applicable period.

4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit DreamFi.com/BBMS and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and confirmation that you are eligible under these Official Rules.
Entrants must also provide affirmative consent to receive marketing communications from DreamFi.com as a condition of entry. Consent is not required for purchase of DreamFi products or services.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, for a maximum of one (1) entry per person.
Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to undermine the entry process or the legitimate operation of the Promotion.

5. PRIZES
Four (4) prizes will be awarded—one (1) per day—each consisting of:
$500 cash, paid via check or electronic transfer, at Sponsor’s discretion; and
One (1) complimentary DreamFi membership, ARV $119 (the “Membership”).
ARV of each Daily Prize: $619
Total ARV of all prizes: $619
The Membership is subject to DreamFi’s membership terms and conditions. The Membership may not be exchanged for cash and has no cash equivalent. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is unavailable for any reason.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income and withholding taxes, if any. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax form to winners as required by law.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing period.
Winners will be announced via email following the entry period.
The winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification email to claim the prize. Failure to respond or provide required documentation (including proof of eligibility or identification) within that time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. WINNER VERIFICATION / DOCUMENTATION
Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide proof of identity and eligibility prior to receiving the prize. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver.

8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning each Daily Drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Daily Drawing.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, each entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its agents to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, city, and state for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may photograph or record winners (if present) for promotional purposes.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, event disruptions, safety concerns, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify Daily Drawing times, locations, or procedures due to schedule changes or event disruptions.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Birmingham, AL and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
